Casual Retail Associate

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored advice and recommendations on handbag selections.
Sales and Product Knowledge:
- Showcase a comprehensive understanding of Katya Komarova handbags and their unique features to effectively promote and sell our products.
- Drive sales by meeting or exceeding set targets and utilising upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Visual Merchandising:
- Maintain visual presentation standards by ensuring the store is well-organised, clean, and visually appealing to attract customers.
- Assist in arranging displays and window showcases to highlight new arrivals, seasonal collections, and promotions.
Stock Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishing stock as needed, ensuring products are readily available for customers.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in stock-taking activities to maintain accurate records.
Operational Support:
- Assist in store opening and closing procedures and securing the store.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with safety and security regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail, preferably in a fashion or accessories store, is desirable but not essential.
- A genuine passion for fashion and an interest in the handbag industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per the store's requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
