Busy working weeks call for days off somewhere far from all the technology and city smoke. We just got back from Hunter Valley, which is a wine region 2 hours out of Sydney, and I though I will share with you a few tips on how to best spend a view days in the country.
Although, there is almost no asphalt, I still prefer to wear a little heel and dress elegantly. This is my sort of a holiday:) Lots of driving around beautiful wineries, organically grown food at local restaurants and a complete switch off in the hot spa bath with a new book.
My usual packing is quite minimal. We stayed at a beautiful guesthouse by Spicers, which I highly recommend, and have eaten in so many places, so if you are interested, comment below and I will give you more details.
